Randstad Belgium is hiring a Chemical Process Operator for a permanent contract option in a three-shift chemical production environment. The role involves safely starting and adjusting chemical installations, monitoring production, inspecting and recording raw materials, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining production orders in the ERP system. The operator collaborates with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Logistics and must work an early, late, and night shift schedule. A bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience is required, along with safety, quality, and teamwork competencies.
