Description
The Surgery Scheduling Coordinator will support a dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice by reviewing provider schedules, coordinating biopsy and Mohs and cancer-treatment surgeries, obtaining precertification and prior authorizations, tracking skin-cancer patients, confirming appointments, handling patient paperwork, and assisting with patient care and documentation. The role requires at least one year of dermatology experience, a medical-vocational certificate or RN/LPN degree, an active license or certification, CPR certification, knowledge of vital signs and sterile technique, medical terminology, and computer literacy.
