The Surgical Assistant supports oral surgeons in a fast-paced dental office by assisting with surgical procedures, preparing instruments and equipment, monitoring patient vital signs, documenting encounters, maintaining controlled-substance safety, and supporting patient care and office operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Basic Life Support certification, and previous dental experience; oral surgery assistant or dental assistant experience is preferred.
