Description
The Surgical Assistant provides bedside and operating-room support under the supervision of a provider, including sterile preparation, instrument and sponge counts, specimen handling, patient positioning, wound care, and assistance with suturing and other procedures. The role is entry-level, scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM with no call and no weekends, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Surgical Assistant Program. The listed pay range is $35.82 to $55.52, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for eligible full-time candidates.
