Handles patient payment spreadsheets, follows up on cancellations/rebookings due to non-payment, and fills empty slots.
Accurately collects patient copayments and insurance payments, submits prior authorizations, and coordinates with insurance companies.
Coordinates verification of post-operative reports from surgeons.
Completes Leave of Absence (LOA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork for patients.
Oversees implant procurement, distribution, and inventory tracking.
Tracks and manages implant warranty cases, works with First Assist to handle explantation and resolution of issues.
