Hologic is hiring a Surgical Sales Specialist to drive adoption and growth of its gynaecological surgical solutions across the South West territory in the United Kingdom. The role involves developing relationships with gynaecologists, theatre teams, procurement professionals and other healthcare stakeholders; delivering product demonstrations, education and clinical support; planning territory strategy; developing new business; and analysing market activity. Candidates should have proven medical device sales experience, ideally in surgical or procedural environments, along with NHS knowledge, commercial territory-planning skills, and strong communication abilities. The position offers a £40,000–£55,000 gross annual base salary plus commission, with an on-target earnings range of £60,000–£82,500, and includes pension and insurance benefits.
