Hologic is hiring a Surgical Sales Specialist, GSS in Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, to sell and grow its women’s health medical device portfolio. The role involves sales visits, stakeholder engagement with surgeons and healthcare organizations, technical and procedural support, customer service, market intelligence, and travel across the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and southern Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regions. Candidates should have a successful sales track record in medical consumables or equipment, ideally in the surgical field, along with stakeholder management, prospect development, and upselling experience. The position offers a gross base salary of €52,000–€63,000 per year plus commission, with an OTE of €78,000–€94,500 based on target performance, and includes a company car, pension, and insurance benefits.
