The role involves representing gynecological surgical products, conducting demonstrations and training, supporting operating-room use, developing new business, and collaborating with clinical, marketing, and service teams. Candidates need medical-device or healthcare sales experience, surgical and hospital knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, German and English proficiency, a driver's licence, and willingness to travel 70–80%.
