Hologic is hiring a Surgical Sales Specialist focused on gynecological surgery to drive territory growth, market share, and customer development across Nuremberg, Erlangen, Ingolstadt, Landshut, Passau, and Amberg. The role represents gynecological surgical products to clinicians and healthcare decision-makers, builds relationships with hospitals and procurement teams, delivers demonstrations and training, provides operating-room support, and develops new business opportunities. Candidates need medical-device or healthcare sales experience, surgical and hospital knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, German and English fluency, a driver's licence, and willingness to travel 70–80%. The position offers a gross base salary of €66,000–€80,000 plus commission, with an OTE of €92,400–€112,000.
