Description
The Surgical Technologist assists the surgical team in the operating room and related areas by scrubbing, handling instruments and supplies, maintaining aseptic technique, preparing equipment, cleaning and restocking the OR, transporting and positioning patients, and supporting second-circulator duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, surgical technician training or an equivalent combination of training and experience, and successful completion of an accredited surgical technician program; certification by the Association of Surgical Technologists is highly desirable, and one to two years of surgical technician experience is preferred. The position offers a $13,500 sign-on bonus and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
