Adena Health is hiring a part-time Surgical Tech First Assist or Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) for its AOSI Operating Room in Chillicothe. The role provides direct patient care and surgical assistance under the supervision of the surgeon and clinical manager, with the RNFA also responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a patient’s plan of care. Surgical Tech First Assist candidates must graduate from an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent and hold current CFA or CSA certification; RNFA candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program, have a BSN within three years of hire, hold a current Ohio RN license, and be RNFA-qualified. The position is 60% full-time and pays an hourly rate based on nursing experience or education.
