Description
The Surgical Technologist provides patient care and unit support in the operating room suite, including room preparation, sterile-field setup, instrument passing, case selection, instrument and supply accountability, surgical-timeout participation, infection-prevention practices, and reporting to relieving personnel. The role requires recent operating-room or surgical-technician experience or graduation from an accredited surgical-technologist program, AHA BLS Healthcare certification, and the ability to work variable shifts, weekends as needed, and on-call duties. The position is 0.5 FTE at 40 hours per two-week pay period, with an hourly pay range of $32.730 to $45.810.
