Description
The Surgical Technologist prepares sterile fields, sets up instruments, assists surgeons with gowning and gloving, drapes patients, passes instruments and supplies, holds retractors, and supports equipment maintenance and testing. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, surgical technology education or military training, BLS certification, and Surgical Technician Certification; one year of recent relevant experience is listed. It is a full-time, regular, non-exempt position with a Monday-Friday schedule, as needed weekends, and pay of $36.83 to $51.55 per hour.
