Description
The Surgical Technologist prepares sterile fields, sets up instruments, assists surgeons with gowning and gloving, drapes patients, passes instruments and supplies, holds retractors, and supports equipment maintenance and testing during surgical operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, surgical technology education or certification, BLS certification, and one year of recent relevant experience. It is a full-time, regular, non-exempt position with varied shifts, including every other weekend, and pays $57.09 to $68.22 per hour.
