The Surgical Technologist - Program Director is a full-time hybrid role based in Houston, Texas, working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position supervises instructional staff, coordinates and analyzes surgical technology programs, supports program development and student advising, monitors compliance with state, federal, and accrediting standards, and assists with administrative and enrollment functions. Candidates must hold an associate degree in Surgical Technology, have at least five years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, maintain current CST certification, and demonstrate professional communication, deadline-management, and role-modeling skills.
