Description
The Surgical Technologist attends surgeons and surgical teams peri-operatively to support optimal peri-operative care. The role includes developing staff, teaching, precepting, and quality improvement, and requires at least 3–5 years of technical operating room experience, surgical technology education, NBSTSA certification within one year of hire, and BLS competency. The position is associated with a state-of-the-art hospital in Jacksonville that includes 34 operating rooms, an IMRI OR suite, and a dedicated endovascular OR suite.
