Surgical Technology Instructor - Virtual at Stepful

Stepful is hiring an Adjunct Instructor to teach live, virtual Surgical Technologist didactic classes over Zoom four times per week. The role is fully remote, part-time, and 1099 contract, with a schedule of 10 hours per week per class from Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities include delivering instruction, supporting students, assessing understanding, providing feedback, documenting progress, and collaborating with the learning team. Applicants need active Surgical Technologist Certification, at least three years of clinical experience as a certified Surgical Technologist, and experience teaching or instructing students or staff.
