Description
Hologic is hiring a Territory Manager to drive year-on-year growth for its GYN Surgical portfolio, including NovaSure and MyoSure systems. The role involves selling to surgeons, physicians, hospital administrators, payers, insurers, and other healthcare stakeholders; developing sales plans and forecasts; building customer relationships; providing clinical and technical support; educating surgeons and nurses; and collaborating with clinical, sales, service, technology, and national accounts teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, sales, business, or marketing discipline and at least 2–3 years of successful sales experience, with medical sales experience preferred. The position requires extensive driving, a valid license, a satisfactory driving record, and a serviceable vehicle, and may involve overnight travel. Compensation is $150,000–$225,000 on a 100% commission basis.
