Description
The Surveillance Technician installs, removes, maintains, services, tests, aligns, and repairs IP-based closed-circuit television and security equipment. The role also handles work orders, maintains spare equipment and tools, coordinates with approved vendors, performs preventative maintenance on surveillance equipment and lifts, and trains new technicians. A high school diploma or GED is required, while two years of experience repairing electronic equipment, computers, and IP-based CCTV equipment is preferred. The position requires the ability to operate scissor and boom lifts and work at high elevations, along with Microsoft Office knowledge in a network environment.
