J. Benton Construction is hiring a Survey & Layout Manager to lead the enterprise-wide survey and layout program across active projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The role establishes standards, manages field personnel and equipment, oversees quality control, coordinates with project teams and external stakeholders, and provides technical guidance for construction layout and surveying. It requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive construction survey, layout, or field engineering experience, leadership experience, and advanced proficiency with total stations, GPS, and laser layout systems.
