Description
McAdams is hiring a Survey Technician II to support Professional Land Surveyors on land survey projects. The role prepares survey documents, legal descriptions, deed sketches, field packages, point maps, and surface models; performs land records research; assists with staking computations; maintains field records; and supports field crew scheduling and client relations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of surveying experience, knowledge of AutoCAD, Carlson Survey, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and surveying fundamentals, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
