Description
Michael Baker International is hiring a Survey Chief of Parties to lead and coordinate multiple survey crews and field staff across California. The role manages client field requests, project budgets, survey workflows, construction calculations, verification reports, data processing, and quality control while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Candidates need at least seven years of land-surveying experience, LSIT certification, crew-management experience, and knowledge of surveying software and databases; California PLS licensure, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble, and workflow-development experience are preferred. Compensation is $125,000 to $165,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
