McKim & Creed is hiring a Field Survey Crew Chief to operate and organize field survey crews primarily in central Virginia, including Norfolk. The role involves directing crew members, maintaining safety and equipment, collecting and delivering survey data, maintaining records, and supporting project quality, schedules, budgets, and client service. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of progressive survey field operations experience including one year as a survey crew chief, construction staking and topographic or boundary surveying experience, survey equipment proficiency, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
