Description
McKim & Creed is hiring a Survey Crew Chief to operate field survey crews on civil site land-development projects primarily in Louisiana or the Southeast Region. The role organizes field work, directs crew members, maintains safety and equipment, collects and delivers survey data, and maintains work and expense records. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 3–10+ years of progressive survey field operations experience including at least one year as a survey crew chief, construction staking and topographic or boundary surveying experience, survey equipment proficiency, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable motor vehicle record. Overnight travel may be required, and the position offers ESOP ownership, paid leave, multiple office locations, training, and professional development.
