AECOM is hiring a Survey Crew Chief for immediate employment in its Columbia, South Carolina office. The role leads a one- to two-person field survey crew and performs property, topographic, construction stakeout, and other survey projects using Total Station, level, GPS, laser scanning, and other equipment. Responsibilities include field operations, QA/QC, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, client and project-team communication, mentoring junior crew members, and preparing timesheets. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of land surveying experience, two years of Survey Crew Chief experience, and a valid United States driver's license; DOT preconstruction survey knowledge, federal and government client experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% are preferred.
