CAGE Civil Engineering is hiring a Survey Crew Chief to lead field operations for construction layout, ALTA, boundary, topographic, as-built, and other land surveys. The role supervises and mentors survey crews, operates Trimble GPS and robotic total stations, ensures measurement accuracy, interprets engineering and construction plans, coordinates with project managers and engineers, and follows safety procedures. Candidates need at least five years of land surveying experience, including two years in a leadership or supervisory role, along with GPS, total station, and data-collector proficiency. The position is based in the Venice, Florida office with frequent fieldwork at nearby project sites and offers $32-$42 per hour plus bonus opportunities and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
