Phasor Engineering is hiring an experienced Survey Crew Chief to lead field survey crews supporting large-scale transmission, distribution, utility, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects across Canada and the United States. The role involves obtaining survey measurements, staking, interpreting design drawings and field data, operating survey equipment, supervising and training survey assistants, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining safety and quality standards. It is a field-based position with travel throughout Canada and the United States on a 20 days on, 10 days off rotation, with travel, transportation, and accommodations provided. A technical diploma in geomatics, civil engineering technology, or a related discipline is preferred, along with previous survey, crew-leadership, and drawing-interpretation experience; candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a valid driver's licence with a clean abstract.
