ESP Associates is hiring a Survey Group Manager to lead a surveying and geomatics group supporting public and private sector land improvement projects in Charleston, South Carolina. The role supervises field crews and technical staff, manages contracts and projects, develops revenue and client-pursuit strategies, coordinates survey deliverables, and reviews billing, financial statements, and timesheets. The position requires South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor licensure, strong surveying management experience, knowledge of survey computations and platting, field equipment, GPS, and related software; preferred experience includes residential or commercial development.
