CAGE Civil Engineering is seeking a Survey Manager to lead survey operations from its Lakewood, Colorado office. The role manages and develops the surveying team, plans field and office survey work, ensures data accuracy and regulatory compliance, collaborates with engineering and project teams, and oversees budgets and workflows. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a Professional Land Surveyor license or ability to obtain one, and at least 10 years of land surveying experience, including leadership. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 with bonus opportunities, and the role offers hybrid work flexibility.
