Description
The Survey Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees field and office surveying operations for engineering, construction, land development, and infrastructure projects. The role manages survey staff, reviews survey deliverables, ensures compliance with standards and regulations, supports project budgets and proposals, and collaborates with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies. The position requires at least seven years of progressive surveying experience, three years of management or supervisory experience, and the ability to work outdoors, travel to project sites, and handle survey equipment. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, a flexible work schedule, and a bonus incentive, with a stated salary of $65.00 to $90.00 per hour.
