Description
BKF Engineers is seeking a senior Survey Party Chief to lead field survey operations for complex construction, boundary, topographic, right-of-way, geodetic, and control survey projects. The role supervises crews, plans and executes fieldwork, collects and verifies data using GPS and conventional methods, performs advanced calculations and closures, prepares and reviews survey deliverables in AutoCAD and related software, coordinates GIS and engineering records, mentors staff, communicates with stakeholders, and travels across varied terrain and weather conditions. The position requires 10+ years of surveying experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, offers an annual salary of $90,000–$140,000 paid biweekly, and is associated with BKF’s hybrid work designation.
