Atwell, LLC is hiring a Survey Project Manager to lead survey projects across residential and commercial land development and renewable energy, including large-scale ALTA surveys for solar and wind projects. The role manages survey crews, technicians, and office staff; reviews survey data and site conditions; oversees plans, construction documents, permitting support, and project budgets; and uses AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software. It requires a Professional Survey License and at least eight years of survey-industry experience, with Trimble Business Center experience preferred. The position supports hybrid or fully remote work and offers a salary of $110,000–$140,000 USD plus comprehensive benefits.
