McKim & Creed is hiring a Survey Project Manager to prepare proposals, contracts, and reports; meet with clients; perform survey work in the field; and supervise and schedule in-office and field employees. The role manages project scope, schedules, fees, resources, budgets, progress, and accounts receivable; develops client relationships and new business; negotiates complex issues; and provides technical, design, and project-management services. Candidates must hold PLS licensure, have at least five years of post-licensure experience including two in management, and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
