Description
The client is hiring a permanent Survey Technician to support road and civil construction projects in the Greater Verden area. Responsibilities include billing and settlement of construction measures, preparing cost documents, evaluating surveying data with CAD, GIS, and BIM, quantity take-offs, invoice drafting, change-order cost estimates, and basic as-built, staking-out, and construction-phase surveying. The role requires completed technician training or a comparable qualification, 3–5 years of surveying experience, knowledge of GPS-based surveying, a valid car driver’s license, and willingness to travel.
