The role covers construction invoicing and settlement, cost review, CAD/GIS/BIM data preparation, volume determination, measurement take-offs, change-order estimation, basic and construction-phase surveying, as-built and setting-out plans, and coordination with clients, authorities, and site managers. Candidates need completed technician training or a comparable qualification, 3–5 years of surveying experience, GPS-supported surveying knowledge, a Class B driver’s license, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
