Description
BKF Engineers is hiring a Survey Manager to manage multiple survey projects from proposal through final deliverables, oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources, lead and mentor survey staff, review deliverables, coordinate field and office activities, support client relationships and business development, and ensure compliance with surveying standards. The role requires at least 8 years of progressively responsible surveying experience, CAD proficiency including Autodesk Civil 3D, and experience with construction staking, boundary analysis, mapping, and legal descriptions. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office, with travel to BKF offices and client sites, and offers a base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 annually.
