MMS Consult is seeking a Surveying Technician for permanent full-time employment with a construction-company client in the Greater Bremen area. The role supports road and civil engineering projects by preparing billing documents, evaluating surveying data in CAD, GIS, and BIM, performing quantity take-offs and as-built measurements, assisting with change-order cost calculations, and conducting basic, as-built, and construction-progress surveying. Candidates need completed technician training or a comparable qualification, 3–5 years of surveying experience, knowledge of GPS-supported surveying, a car driver’s license, and strong communication and teamwork skills. The position offers a company vehicle, training, and a secure long-term arrangement.
