Description
MMS Consult is seeking a permanent Surveying Technician for deep construction and road construction projects in the Bremen/Hanover region. The role involves billing and closeout of construction measures, cost reconciliation, surveying software and CAD documentation, subcontractor management, quantity take-offs, change-order estimating, and as-built, setting-out, and billing plans. Candidates need completed technician training or a comparable qualification, 3–5 years of surveying experience, knowledge of GPS-supported surveying and terrain mapping, a Class B driver’s license, and the ability to work under time pressure.
