Description
The Surveying Technician independently measures construction work, prepares graphical and computational representations, coordinates quantities with the client, conducts site and terrain surveys, prepares plans and construction descriptions, maintains pricing records, creates as-built drawings and progress reports, invoices road construction measures, supports cost estimation, and compiles documentation for final cost accounting and performance reporting. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying Engineering or comparable Surveying Technician qualification, knowledge of MS Office and billing and cost estimation software, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
