Description
The Surveyor will lead crews of surveyors, prepare GPS and site data, coordinate as-built surveys, and perform layout and as-built work for roadway construction elements such as walls, drainages, bridges, earthworks, ITS, FSS, and TCPs. The role also maintains control of field and office surveying activities, verifies equipment monthly, maintains equipment and vehicles, and attends safety meetings. It requires at least seven years of relevant surveying construction experience on heavy roadway projects, CAD and Excel proficiency, physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds, flexibility for overtime and daytime or nighttime work, teamwork, outdoor work, pressure management, and a clean Florida driver’s license.
