NexGen Land Solutions is hiring a full-time Surveyor in Training (SIT) in Fort Myers, Florida, on a hybrid Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role focuses on drafting boundary, topographic, and mortgage surveys in AutoCAD Civil 3D, processing and quality-checking field data, preparing maps and legal descriptions, reviewing field notes, and supporting document preparation and project tracking. Candidates should have Florida SIT registration or be actively working toward it, with AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency or a strong AutoCAD foundation, basic surveying knowledge, attention to detail, and coachability.
