Description
Whitehaven is hiring an Underground Mine Surveyor for its Narrabri Underground Operations. Reporting to the Registered Mine Surveyor, the role involves underground survey pickups and mark-ups, maintaining accurate mine plans, delivering survey data and design files for machine guidance and mine planning, managing survey data, calibrating survey equipment and software, and supporting production and development activities. The position requires underground coal mine surveying experience, a tertiary qualification in surveying or an equivalent discipline, experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modern surveying software, and proficiency with Trimble equipment, GPS, and total stations.
