Description
The Asian Cuisine Chef prepares à la carte and buffet food according to hotel recipes and standards, develops menus, controls food costs and waste, maintains product quality and FIFO, documents temperatures, and supports kitchen leadership. The role requires at least two to three years of Asian cuisine experience in a luxury setting, sushi preparation knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; a culinary diploma is an asset.
