Description
Seven is hiring a temporary Sushi Chef for a position through the end of the year, starting as soon as possible. The role involves preparing sushi and other dishes, maintaining mise en place and kitchen flow, managing ingredients, following food-safety and HSE procedures, and collaborating with the kitchen and restaurant teams. The position requires solid sushi experience, strong technical skills, experience in an à la carte restaurant, and availability primarily for evening and weekend work.
