Description
The Sushi Chef prepares and presents sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, specialty dishes, and other menu items while maintaining food safety, inventory, sanitation, and presentation standards. The role also supports guest service, kitchen and front-of-house coordination, inventory monitoring, staff training, and team leadership. It offers $19.75 per hour plus tips, medical insurance after 60 days, voluntary dental and vision coverage, and other benefits, with a preference for 1–3 years of professional sushi preparation experience and a Washington State Food Handler's Permit.
