Description
CocuSocial is hiring a part-time, contract Sushi Chef Instructor to lead interactive, 2-hour sushi-making classes for groups of 8–26 guests at partner venues throughout the Los Angeles area. The instructor will demonstrate preparation, rolling, cutting, and presentation techniques; teach ingredients and tools; guide hands-on participants; maintain a welcoming and organized class; follow recipes and food-safety standards; and assist with setup, cleanup, and logistics. Compensation is $200–$350+ per class based on attendance, plus guest tips, with flexible scheduling and at least 2–4 classes per month.
