Susquehanna Printing Company is hiring a full-time District Manager to oversee newspaper distribution operations throughout Lancaster County. The role manages independent carrier networks, ensures timely and accurate delivery, supports circulation growth, handles customer and dealer relationships, conducts route audits, and collaborates with internal teams. It is primarily field-based, with about 65–70% of the time spent delivering routes and managing carriers using a personal vehicle, and typically runs from approximately 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The position requires relevant distribution or route-management experience, a valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, liability insurance, and a satisfactory motor vehicle record. The salary is $50,000 plus mileage reimbursement, with medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
