Description

Intel is hiring a U.S.-based Sustainability and Program Integration Operations Engineer as an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) for an initial two-year contract, potentially extendable by one year. The role supports Intel's Semiconductor Assembly Test Automation Standardization (SATAS) Program by owning program integration, operating cadence, dashboards, schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, technical alignment, pilot-line readiness, and sustainability initiatives focused on energy and waste reduction. It is an on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona, collaborating with teams in the United States and Japan and potentially requiring occasional international travel.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, industrial, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 7 years of experience in technical program management, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, factory automation, systems integration, or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing equipment development and deployment
Experience managing integrated schedules, milestones, risks, mitigations, dependencies, and executive-level reporting
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CAD tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications
Semiconductor manufacturing experience across assembly, test, packaging, substrate manufacturing, and factory operations
Experience collaborating with equipment suppliers, development partners, research institutions, industry consortiums, or government-funded technology programs
Familiarity with sustainability, energy efficiency, operational excellence, and manufacturing productivity improvement initiatives
Knowledge of SEMI standards, equipment interoperability, safety compliance, and semiconductor factory integration
Familiarity with V-Diagram systems and equipment development methods
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with complex technical dependencies and multiple stakeholders
