Description
The Sustainability Associate supports Kayne Anderson Real Estate’s sustainability strategy across its real estate portfolio by coordinating GRESB and PRI reporting, managing energy, water, and emissions data, supporting investor and fund-level sustainability disclosures, and assisting with regulatory compliance. The role requires 3–7 years of experience in sustainability, real estate, or energy management, hands-on ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager experience, and strong data, communication, and dashboard skills. It is a full-time, in-office position in Boca Raton, Florida, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
