BCG is hiring a Sustainability Data & Analytics Manager to lead the operational, analytical, and technical foundations of its internal sustainability measurement systems. The role oversees GHG emissions data, reporting systems, dashboards, data pipelines, data governance, and the annual carbon footprint calculation process, while managing a Senior Analyst and coordinating with data, product, client, and external audit stakeholders. The position requires 6+ years of analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related technical operational experience, along with SQL, Python, modern data-stack, and data-visualization expertise. It is based in Gurgaon or the United Kingdom and generally requires an office or regular in-person client work arrangement.
